Tiran Island Honeymoon Vacations

Great location on the edge of Trastevere neighborhood but a short 10 min walk to a lot of great restaurants, so the noise is less than some hotels in the thick of restaurants.

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

Need a refund

I was quite disappointed with how the hotel handled the situation during my stay. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was unable to accommodate me for the first night and that I would need to stay at a partner property, only to relocate back to the Conrad the following day. Arriving after midnight following a late-night flight, only to be told that you need to move to another hotel and then relocate the next day again, is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This is particularly disappointing when travelling for business, as it disrupts your schedule and adds unnecessary stress after an already long day. Even the front desk staff assisting me acknowledged that this situation was not uncommon and shared similar concerns. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in my room was not working, and nothing was done to address or resolve the issue for the remainder of my stay. This further added to my disappointment with the overall experience. While the hotel offered some credit to spend within the property, I do not feel this was adequate compensation considering the inconvenience, the additional room issue, and the amount paid for a five-night stay. A more meaningful gesture, such as offering two complimentary nights on a future visit, would have been a much more appropriate way to acknowledge the inconvenience and help restore my confidence in the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers a more reasonable resolution.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
