Room was clean, staff at front desk (Juliet) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the restaurant on site was terrific. A unique menu, wonderful staff.
Parking though we had to walk in wind and rain was convenient enough.

Lovely hotel and location, though quite underwhelming. Very basic room and interiors that were quite dated. Our room was looking onto loud building mechanicals. The refrigerated drawer was not working the entire time (seemed shut off), and neither was the landline phone.
There was no Ritz shop, and hotel guests were not allowed up the stairs to the balcony level that overlooks the stunning lobby and rotunda, which was a huge bummer..
