Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and they even accommodated me early, which I really appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Vince, the concierge. He was absolutely amazing, helpful with every question I had, especially about navigating to the Glacier Express and getting around the area. His magical personality made everything feel easy and memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend!

The absolute finest service I have ever experienced in all of my years! Our stay was so perfect we have booked the hotel for next year. Very nice room with a large bathroom. The shower and the bed were great. This building is not “allowed” central A/C by Swiss authorities so it was quite hot.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Marmont Hotel. It is located a short walk from many restaurants and transit stops, the waterfront park and other attractions. The windows on our room eliminated all street noise so we slept very well. Our rooms were clean and the hotel is well maintained.

Great hotel, everything went perfect for me and my family.
