Nelson Island Honeymoon Vacations

Parking was easy. It was nice to know we would always have a spot and didn't have to hunt. At first I was a little off put as we didn't know we would have$30 a day self park, but in Vancouver, and this location it just is what it is. Staff was wonderful at all points. Helpful, smiley, engaging and delightful. Our room.... The space was great and the view was phenomenal. If you were iffy about cleanliness, you'd be upset. We just had to turn a blind eye a bit... A few missed spots, crumbs, dust and dirt. We were there on spring break, and in sure the cleaners were stretched for time.. I assume. The building is a little bit older... But to be expected. Definitely some wear and updating needed in the bathroom and windows. The walls are thin. If you're a light sleeper. .. We were ok. But honestly delightful to look out at the water, to be in a space so close to everything and on top of the market was amazing.

Farrahan at the front desk was extremely helpful, she provided assistance with luggage and helped us with a special accommodation check in she was superb thank you Farrahan.

Lovely staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Downside was our room shared a wall with a service elevator. We could hear staff laughing and talking through the vents from 430-730am everyday.

Staff was awesome, charged my car overnight so we were ready to roll in the morning. Thank you!

Clean spacious rooms. Nice location.

Newer hotel. The vibe and theme is really cute. The restaurant was closed, but they offered pastries in the morning. The pool area was nice but it was too cold the day we stayed there.

This was such a lovely hotel with such helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Staff very friendly, bed is super comfortable, we ordered room service for breakfast and it was amazing
