Staff seemed nice but soundproofing was non existant

Nice location, great and helpful staff.

Upon arrival was given an upgrade. Room clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. Location was perfect.

Everything is good except the location is a little bit far. And there is not many restaurants nearby.

Great small family owned hotel. Greta for summer vacations. Nice staff.

Fantastic stay here. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent with cooked to order options. The hotel is about 20mins walk to St Marc’s square.

The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English.
