IT IS OK PLACE FROM ALL THE PROSPECTIVES. JUST CAN`T BE LOUD - WALLS ARE REALY THIN AND ROOMS AREN`T BIG AT ALL.

Great location. Apartment is a little tired with limited kitchen supplies. Still nice for our stay.

Clean rooms, kind/friendly/knowledgable staff, excellent/safe/quiet location near Earls Court tube & bus lines. Good restaurants & well stocked grocery nearby. The issue is the rooms. Our first room was smaller than advertised and the beds/furniture were crammed in with a window half hidden behind a wall. The floor is very warped/uneven (NOT exaggerating), it squeaked horribly & was difficult to walk on it. Must be from continuous water damage - it was impossible to prevent the shower from soaking the floor. The angle of the spray and the limited space of the room made it run out of the small glasses section onto the floor, even with towels. The room is directly across from the lift and stairs so there’s constant foot traffic noise. You can hear pipes rattling and water draining/flushing through the walls. To top it off, the HVAC is noisy, and not controlable. Our room was too warm, and adjusting the control didn’t work, so we asked the front desk. They fixed it for a night, but it reset the next day, and the room again heated up. Then there was the problem of the lights at night -under/around the door, multiple lights on the ceiling, so much light at night! It felt like a punishment to sleep here and we are used to small quarters. After 2 nights we asked to change rooms and moved to a slightly larger one on the first floor. Better overall except for the same issues with the heat, water noises & ceiling lights. Great staff & location, pretty decor, but not at all restful.

The room was immaculately clean, perfectly appointed, cosily warm and subtly quiet. The staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in to the moment I departed. The food was delectable. I would thoroughly and highly recommend this Hotel for an immersive, comfortable and convenient and stay in Central London.

Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Excellent location. Only complaint was that there was some street noise/car noise, especially on Friday night.

The room was immaculately clean, perfectly appointed, cosily warm and subtly quiet. The staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in to the moment I departed. The food was delectable. I would thoroughly and highly recommend this Hotel for an immersive, comfortable and convenient and stay in Central London.

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. There’s some nice shops nearby. Formative coffee makes a great flat white. The rooms were in very good condition, the staff was incredibly attentive and my room was very quiet. I could not hear anything from neighboring rooms and the hotel is away from traffic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Our room was perfect!

I stayed at Templeton Garden 04/03/26 - 07/03/26. From the off, the service was 5 stars- I had a theatre show at 2pm but check in isn’t until 3pm. They told me prior to arrival that I could leave my luggage & they would safely lock it up. However on arrival, at 11.50am they told me my room was ready so I could check in & settle in straight away, which was brilliant. I stayed in a single room which had a lovely street view of the beautiful Kensington/Earls Court. My room was immaculate, all facilities working, plenty of plug points, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with classy fittings & a very powerful shower (which is a huge plus for me, nothing worse than a rubbish shower). There was an abundance of storage & a good solid safe for all of your clothes & belongings. My room was cleaned & refreshed daily while I was out, the housekeeers do an amazing job to be honest. Fresh still & sparkling water glass bottles, more coffee pods to go with the machine, more tea & more milk every time I came back, as well as new fresh towels & bed made. The staff all around were warm & welcoming, while being super professional. There are also touches like having a doorman on the front door which adds that touch of class. I can’t comment on the food & drink as I didn’t dine at the hotel at all, but I do know they do a good deal on breakfasts (I would imagine the food is great if it’s anything like everything else I experienced). Considering all of this, the price & deal I got was an absolute steal
