The hotel was very nice, well marine’s, updated modern, staff was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, great service.

Convenient to downtown and Pike Market. Didn't use most of the facilities. Room was comfortable. Elevator was very slow - only one operating.

Disappointed that we had to call housekeeping 3 days in a row to resolve the coffee maker not working. Eventually the manager removed the coffee maker from the sliding drawer and installed it on the desk. Poor design to have it on a low sliding drawer. The cable would stick snd drawer would not pill out. Cable was also erratic in providing power. Also wish we had 2 chairs in room. Staff at bar and in The George very friendly, provided very good service.

Me and my lady loved the room, cute LED lights, cute shower and toilet combo. netflix wasn’t connecting but youtube did (we did youtube movies) 😀 breakfast was pretty good. eggs were not good but everything else was pretty good. we got super lucky and got one of the premium parking spots (only 15 available) in their overnight garage and it was only like 38$ for 24 hours (good for seattle) and you get a cool batman garage to put ur whip into. anyways will definitely come back. staff was very nice and helpful too.

Overall, very nice place to stay in Seattle. Clean, stylish, and friendly team. Bed had a center dip. Free WiFi was terrible. Could hardly load emails let alone stream or web browse. Just add a little to the rate and open it up—being nickeled and dimed leaves a sour taste.

Overall a very nice, conveniently located hotel with great friendly staff and accessible restaurants within easy walking distance. A plus was a free shuttle to the cruise terminal.
