The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Spacious rooms with baths and showers. Very comfortable large beds but
lighting was not good in one of our rooms. Very pleasant roof top bar and all the staff were friendly. Good location for sightseeing in Brussels.

Loved the location, got the best food court and coin laundry right across as well as the center of everything. Bathrooms were clean and this means a lot where its hard to find updated decent bathrooms even in 5 star hotels in brussel

Overall, a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities generally very good. Comfortable room and the housekeeping staff were great. Gym was adequate - could do with some free weights suitable for women - the ones there were too heavy to lift. Running machine was out of action all week disappointingly.
Area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasant especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel.

Perfect place for me, I passed in the 20€ breakfast to get local food!!!! Played a game of pool in the lobby and slept like a baby in that big soft king size bed
