Terrible stench in the Gym Room was so small and room space was lower than our standards Staff were so friendly and helpful Breakfast options were limited but good enough

There is NOTHING unique about the property. I have stayed for 5 nights and in a suite ans towels and bath robes are very old. Towels are in a very bad conditions. Washed for not less than 7 years and were never replaced. Requested new towels and got the same quality. Shower door bottom was not clean. The scale is not working not having battery. Checked in a smoking floor and they never told me. Had to ask to change my room since they were aware of these 3 smoking floors and never told me. Coffee machine tubing was dirty of remaining milk.

Great hotel

The hotel's location and accessibility are excellent, and the cleanliness is very good. We received a warm welcome; I would also like to thank Mr. Pars at the reception for his attentive service and focus on customer satisfaction.

I was hesitant to rate it 4 because it deserves more than that as the hotel was really above avarege compared to other hotels of it's level but 5 was not earned because the breakfast. The breakfast did not include omelette or sunny side up eggs. You have to pay extra for it There was no brown bread and the juice was not good.

A good location.
