Staff was lovely and the rooms were large. 19 minute walk from Kyoto station.

Everything was as expected, staff really supportive, room had all the features we needed.

Temperature control in the room was finicky and couldn’t be turned off. Room was large with a separate sleeping area. No view and frosted glass windows which were small. Very friendly staff in a convenient location. Sneaker by the door kept turning the light on at night but staff came and turned it off. Overall good stay.

I like cleaning room , staff cooperation,Laundry was excellent but they have no kitchen facilities. However, just next to the hotel lot of restaurants are there also 7-11 is next to the hotel, overall it is a very good property.

Overall a great stay. Just one serious issue the power scenario in the room was terrible - only 1 USB port could be used at a time (2 total). Type 2 outlet only - so if you are equiped for Tokyo where type 1 seems to prevail you are in big trouble. To boot they even told us only 1 ‘appliance could be used at a time’ this is well below par!!!

This was the best hotel of our entire trip! We will definitely be coming back!

The room was spotless, and Comfortable. But what was best about this place is staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice! They helped me with everything.

I bought a bottle of wine from a lady at one of the shops and the wine she recommended was perfect, couldn’t have enjoyed a better wine. Travelling from a distance can be difficult and stressful we all need time to adjust and relax before we start dealing with new rules and regulations. Adjustment time !

Great location, very comfortable room and beds, nice spa.
