The staff were helpful but not very switched on. They didn't know Grab existed that I booked 3 times and I had a mixup with tour booking that cost me 1400 pesos that hotel email.received but didn't tell me. The breakfast was good and varied and pool, bar and rooms nice. Pool bar price was very reasonable but food and bit pricey so didn't eat there. TV and movie / Netflix and YouTube channels were a good plus

This is your best bet in El Nido. The hotel amenities , restaurant and bar are on point . All the staff are super knowledgeable and attentive. Best service I have received at any hotel on my trip to the philippines.

Resort is a steep 400m up a hill to reception and a further distance uphill to some of the villas. We were lucky to stay in Studio 2. Our room was beautiful and not many steps to the restaurant or pool. Staff were very nice and accommodating and have a free shuttle into and from town. If you don’t have general fitness I recommend you contact the resort when booking accommodation.

The place is huge, with shuttles, the staff is very nice, and the breakfast buffet is superb! We booked our tours A & D through the hotel. The hotel recommended Bellita Tours, and they are awesome.

Was a very special place. Great personal staff, good food, beautiful location. The only thing that could use a bit of attention is the boat and staff that pick you up. It’s a bit dirty and staff was unkept.
