Everything was great.
Staff was very helpful in verifying the exact rooms we booked.
Just be mindful when getting the address.
This place is made up of multiple clusters ( ABC etc...) Communicate with your host & ask what specific Phase & Cluster you're supposed to be in. You & your driver will truly appreciate it.
The area is very close to great shopping malls.

The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.
