The location is fab. The views are worth the walk up the hill. The view will take your breath away. The views from the bedroom were beautiful, clean, comfortable and worth the money. The room was large, and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with requests/info about the train back to Zurich. When we stayed the train from ZHB was not in service, however the walk to Selnau station was convenient. The walk from Uetliberg was beautiful and part of the experience.

Property has a second building, where I stayed (just over the bridge). Rooms were very modern, clean with good amenities in room. Strong ACcwas a good reprieve from the heat.

The staff there were amazing. Very helpful , would go extramile especially in our case. We took a holdall with us and the padlock jammed. Couldn't get our clothes out to change , called the reception and within 2 minutes , the guy knocked on the door. Understanding our stuck up situation very quickly , got a handy- man with an appliance to cut through the lock! Viola saved our day

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

This hotel was perfect! We stayed here our last night in Switzerland and the hotel has a shuttle to the airport! We had a nice dinner at the hotel.
