Équipe sympathique, dommage que 2 chaises dans la chambre familiale réservé pour 3, louper lors d’une recouche avec des serviettes manquante et un flacon de savon main vide à l’arrivée, récupère à la réception mais jamais remis dans l’attache mural même après plusieurs nuits

All the staff were great. Anna was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. The rooms were clean and neat. Service was wonderful.

Yes, there were plenty of shops nearby and it was close to public transportation which made it really easy to get around. The pharmacy was a short walk which we needed for allergy medicine. Coffee shops a Billa and a Spar Gourmet all within 5-6 minute walk.

IHG - Vienna, every staff member is remarkably polite, extremely helpful and profoundly respectful. The venue is flawlessly clean.

Warm welcome by staff members, rooms were great with an amazing bathtub, view over Vienna, clean and the bar was amazing! Centrally located , highly recommend!

I had an issue with my room and the first time it was resolved, but it happened a second time with efforts from current staff and it couldn't be fixed due to the proper staff had already left for the day and I got moved to an upgraded room at no extra charge. I enjoyed my stay here!

Fantastic location. Very comfortable beds with lots of space which is not custom in Europe. One of the best showers ever complete with a towel heating rack! Very quiet. Very clean. The pool spa hours weren’t ideal 1-9pm so we never made it there even when trying to rush back from dinner one evening. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, wonderful location. Loved live music- cheese and wine hour. Missed breakfast due to early flight/ they offered a boxed breakfast. Awesome hotel!
