Great hotel, all around.

Staff were extremely nice and kind. We felt welcome from the start. We were greeted every morning with delicious, freshly made cappuccino, which was included with breakfast. Breakfast was very simple and fresh, worth more than its price. It included fresh rolls, cheese, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal, a wide selection of pastries and fruit. The room was clean and had a nice smell. The staff were always smiling and helpful. We walked or took metro to the see main attractions, a metro station is close by.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to quickly get to our hotel from the airport and walk through proper sidewalks with our heavy luggage. The hotel is brand new. That comes with some growing pains. When we were there, the gym was not accessible. They also are building a rooftop pool, but it wasn’t open yet (we didn’t expect it anyway). The rooftop bar is very nice. It was beautiful to sit at during the sunset.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, and the breakfast area was nice. Hotel was a little run down and showed its age. Our flight was canceled and rebooked. This hotel was a great option near the airport. They scheduled car service for us and they were on time and professional.
