Nice, spacious room, was very clean and convenient.

Friendly staff, clean room, and pool.

The room was always cleaned, the staff are very friendly, the pool at 4th floor over looking the ocean was great. The breakfast was delicious, the location near 7-11 made it so convenient. Its a great hotel, I highly suggest booking it!

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

The room was awesome and the hotel also. Location not too close to Patong beach wich is the center of town. I particularly had a situation that was very uncomfortable at this hotel. We were in our room after a shower we decided to rest for a little bit because by the way they don’t give you the room until the time of check in we were tired and we were naked in bed and we heard a noise when we look towards the door a guy was walking into the room. He opened the door with a key and got in we start asking him what was he doing in our room he got out I put a rope and the front desk gave him our room and a key access that was a horrible experience for us first time happening and we travel a lot. For many years.for the rest good hotel good food I choose the option with breakfast included. Very good quality breakfast a lot of choices.

This is by far the most wonderful and amazing hotel that I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable, the grounds are so interesting and immaculately clean. Splurge for the pool access cabana room so that you have access to another very cool pool right from your room with a private back patio. The staff are all very nice and so helpful. I wish I could stay here forever!
