I normally don’t leave reviews, but believe that I should share my experience, so travelers can make better decisions when choosing this hotel. I’ve stayed in this property several times before, and our experience this time was sub-par. It was absolutely not worth what I paid for 2 rooms. It was highly overpriced. With what I paid for, I expected a lot more. I paid over 30k for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms we were given are what you would expect from a budget inn or motel. The floors were peeling, mold/mildew in the bathroom shower area, overflowing trash can (even after the room was serviced), had to ask for replacement towels - which they provided immediately, but didn’t replace hand towels. Provided tap water in a glass jar, instead of bottled water…. Sub-basic accommodation. Very disappointing because this is not how it was during my previous stays. I chose to stay in this hotel again because I was under the impression it would be the same as before, but unfortunately, it didn’t come close to cutting it at all. And they also charged me half the room rate for early check-in. I wouldn’t have mind if the room and service was worth it, but definitely not. We paid extra for breakfast, and it was nothing outstanding. Unlike before, the quality has diminished. The servers are not as attentive as they once were. It may be that this hotel has just declined over the years, but i definitely would not stay here again nor recommend it to friends and family.

It was only a quick visit but we enjoyed our stay. Casa bella is well appointed and Spacious.
