Great location, good-sized room for Europe, and plentiful hot water. Staff were lovely.

Such a walkable location. Room and breakfast onsite was glorious. Large bathtub was perfect after a day of touring. Lovely staff.

Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights. The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

Very convenient location, very nice room, and the breakfast was good. We loved our stay. There were zero issues and the room was kept clean. We hope to come back.

Lovely hotel…great location

Everything about this hotel was excellent.

A great space to stay. Slightly away from all the noise, but with bus and trams on the doorstep not a problem. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. Spa was great, they have made excellent use of the space.
