Cupboard, toilet seat were broken. Daily cleaning was terrible. No wi fi for 2days in a row. It was a very convenient location but worst hotel I’ve ever had.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

Good location— near the 6 line and Madison Park. Bathrooms a bit dated but water pressure was good. The king bed room was large by NY standards
