Maybe because it is an old building, - room key is very old-fashioned that i did not know that kind of key still exists. - thin wall tells you when there is other customer next door - quantity and location of outlet is very limited. There was only 1 usable outlet by the desk. (The one on bed-side did not work. There was one by the room-door but not able to use it unless you have a long cable) While hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also good, i did not feel like it's a 4-star but a 3-star hotel...

コインランドリーが4台と少ない。混雑し待ち時間が長時間になります。

The staff was great. Nice hotel and room design. Within walking distance from the Zurich main station. Mini bar was free!

チェックイン時にウェルカム・プロセッコを頂けて、うれしかった。

Friendly staff, amazing food, clean room, very close to St Morits station, what more could I ask for? I definitely recommend this place to all of you, and will be back to this place again for sure!!

convenient location. Poor service for the Marriott club lounge becaue a staff started to clean up and close foods service 30 minutes before closing time.

スタッフがフレンドリーで居心地最高です。部屋も清潔でゆっくり過ごすことができました。朝食は種類は多くないですが、シャンパンもあり優雅な感じでした。

スタッフがフレンドリーで優しく、バスの情報などこちらが必要としている情報を的確に教えてくれます。部屋は清潔で快適。レストランやバーなどの施設もオシャレで良かったです。
