Might as well have slept in an oven...hit our heads several times on ceilings..

It’s an amazing place and the staff is truly polite!! If you visit Las Vegas this is the place you need to stay at!!!

My experience at the Wynn was truly incredible. They went above and beyond to demonstrate excellence in every aspect of their hotel from housekeeping to the concierge, the amenities, the restaurants, the shops, and the flower service. I also want to know how amazing the manager Matthew and Yvonne from housekeeping who really went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday. They set the bar so high for the standard of hotels that I will never even consider staying anywhere else when the Wynn is an options. Also, Wynn floral put together the most beautiful floral arrangement for me it left me speechless. If it’s ever a debate between booking here I promise you will not be disappointed.

don't go, terrible, no amenities, no staff, air conditioning cannot keep room under 80 degrees in the summer, we booked the best suite and it was terrible cannot imagine other rooms

The staff were very nice and helpful. I was able to check in early 😀 Check in and check out went smoothly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. It’s my second time staying there and I would do again. Hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries all around.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.
