This hotel near Shenzhen Airport is incredibly convenient! The location is great, and the airport shuttle service is punctual and efficient, making early morning flights stress-free. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent sound insulation, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff are warm and professional, providing attentive service. Overall, a perfect experience—I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!

They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.
