We booked a room with two queen beds which was not honored. My kids had to sleep on a sofa bed with springs in their back all night. Everything else was okay.

We loved our stay at this resort. It was beautiful, relaxing, quiet, not crowded, and the entire resort was well groomed and cared for. The spa services were exceptional. The best part of this stay was the staff. I don't think I have ever stayed at a resort with a more friendly and accommodating staff. If there is one thing that could be improved, I would suggest more healthy meal options on the bar menu.

This was an AMAZING place for a couple's getaway. Truly could not have asked for a better place at the price. Thank you!

All property Very Clean

We had to ask after being there for 3 full days (going on 4) for housekeeping to come in and change bedding and give more towels. Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm. I didn’t expect much from a continental breakfast but the eggs were very powdery.

Breakfasts were great. Lots of options for food and beverages. Custom omelettes were very tasty.
