They hotel was so old and carpets was old n dirty . I don’t suggest this hotel . Shuttle is good but hotel was far from city . I feels uncomfortable stay

My colleagues and I all booked rooms at this hotel, but were separated by towers; the hotel has three towers, Main, North and Annex and they all provide different experiences. My tower, Annex, feels the least connected, as it requires taking an elevator to the 7th floor reception followed by a separate elevator to the rooms. While a bit outdated, the room was bigger than expected, and generally comfortable. There was a high step between the bathroom and the room that I consistently tripped over. Water pressure was good and the room was serviced regularly. Reception was helpful with packages sent to the hotel. My reason for booking this specific hotel, the gym, did not disappoint - while my reservation did not provide access to the pool, the gym was well equipped and met my requirements. Location was excellent for access to the Shinagawa station (airport express, Shinkansen, etc.).

Location was A+ but the hot tub was broke all 3 days so for a 4 star resort was a little disappointing. The hot tub was 1 reason for staying there. Everything else was on par..

Best hotel i have ever stayed at...gorgeous, amazing staff, best breakfast buffet, ever!!! Absolutely wonderful and hope to stay there again.

Spacious place in Tokyo for family with kids. Beautiful Tokyo Bay view. Staff are very friendly and polite. Convenient place, 3-min walk to one subway line and 10 min to another line. Excellent for those people prefer quieter place in evenings (as opposed to busy streets with restaurants etc.)
