first of all, the valet is too expensive, the one that told us about how much was the valet was rude. there's no microwave or coffee counter in our room, the AC took forever to work and the arrangement of the bed is not good coz the air from the AC is not rotating in the whole room, it's only on the wall. I was not happy at all.

Beautiful hotel, plenty of dining options, great pools. Canyon Tanch Spa was amazing!

TI was excellent. Great location, amazingly helpful staff and loads of amenities. Free parking that was secure and easy to acess. Would definately go again.. Only downside was the room view. Paid extra for a strip view, window was covered in a massive ad banner making it really hard to see through.

Davon at the front desk was really helpful and gave alot of tips on getting around the city, he also recommended alot of things

The room was definitely showing signs of age, automatic blinds didn’t work properly, sink had tons of limescale build up, mini fridge was noisy. Housekeeping didn’t come one day.

Great location, great amenities and family friendly. The pool is salt water and open till 8pm.

It was a good stay for us. We stayed for about a week on the 3rd floor and enjoyed our stay. Im very picky with beds in hotels and when you enter the bed was so beautiful made and was comfy. The water pressure could be a bit better and tiles in the washroom could use a change. The restaurant at the hotel was cute, loved the area but couches had stains all over. The hotel is literally right across the Grove which was so convenient. Perfect location. The cleaning ladies/men working inside and around building were so extremely welcoming. Always had smiles on their faces. Overall great stay, we would stay again!

Conveniently located, staff very friendly and customer service oriented, breakfast buffet very assorted and fresh. Definitely will come back. Recommended hotel
