Lovely hotel, boring area but they have all the necessities and good public transport. Would be even better if they still had free breakfast but other than that I can't complain.

This hotel is in a really excellent location. A few minutes from great food and the Old Town with underground parking made it a great fit for us. Some of the complaints in the other reviews came to bear. Rooms a little dated and worn and temperature control was very difficult. But it was comfortable. Nice bathroom but it was a bit weirdly designed funny gaps in the marble. I’m not a fan of 4 and 5 star hotels that provide bathroom soaps in pumps on the wall. It’s like having the world’s best cocktail and serving it in a paper cup. Would it kill Hilton to provide bars of soap? My room had a few stains. The breakfast was solid. Overall I’d say it was a good hotel and worth it for us. I’d stay again but I’d bring my own soap and check with the front desk if the thermostat wasn’t doing it’s job.

Great location from the train station to hotel - close to the arland express so quick to get to your room.

Good location Lovely spa Varied breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Reisen in Stockholm. The location is fantastic, right by the river in the Old Town and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We considered buying travel cards but never needed them. Even in January, with snow and temperatures well below zero, it was easy and enjoyable to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is cosy and warm, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, not forced in any way. Our room was spotless, warm and very comfortable, with a fantastic view. This trip was a birthday surprise for my partner and the hotel really went above and beyond. We were upgraded to a top-floor room and welcomed with a bottle of wine, chocolates, a card and balloons. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay truly memorable. Communicating with the hotel beforehand was also very easy, and they replied almost immediately every time. The spa area, with the sauna and plunge pool, was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of walking and before heading out for dinner. Breakfast was outstanding and absolutely lived up to all the praise it gets. Everything throughout the hotel was impeccably clean, and the room was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from outside at all. In terms of value, the level of service and care you receive more than justifies the price. If I had to mention one small negative, it would be the bed. For me, a double bed made up of two single mattresses isn’t ideal,
