The front desk staff were excellent, the bar and restaurant staff were not!
The property has definitely declined, have stayed there several times and was very disappointed with the run down look of the rooms. The hotel rooms definitely needs freshening up, I would hesitate to recommend the hotel in its current state!

The hotel was modern but was lacking A/C. The staff in the lounge needed more training or information about there menu and beverage service.
Overall nothing special about this property.

Great location, facing the 3 Arena, with a stop for the Luas straight outside the front doors. Our room had, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge and tv! Bathroom was spacious with a bath/shower. The best bit of our stay was the amazing breakfast, with something for everyone, I’m gluten free and I was spoilt for choice!
