Dublin Golf Vacations

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Leisure centre was disappointing and changing rooms unclean

This was an outstanding property with the staff, especially Seun, making it wonderful and memorable! He was on the ball, reassuring, extremely helpful with my handicapped husband, and totally calming after a very rough day! If he is typical of the staff I know the place will always be great, but he truly made it for me. He will go far! Hopefully Clayton will keep promoting him up the ranks! In our entire miserable trip, his attitude and help, ended our trip successfully! Cannot give Seun enough kudos! Apparently at one point a room service order. Late that evening did not go through, and we slept hungry. Somehow, but I guess these things happen. Our experience with Seun wiped any negatives away. What a prize you have in him! He even came out from the reception desk, went to car with me to get said husband and bags AND take them to the room and ensure all was excellent. Another gentleman also helped bring in out things and was kind. I regret I did not ask his name.

Staff were okay. But we didnt have our room cleaned whilst we were there. Lucklily we arent messy people. Its a lovely place and good location. Food was okay. The rooms are a little tired.

Room location next to guests entrance very noisy- could not sleep.

Fantastic hotel in every way! Location on Grand Canal GRAND!! Accessibility, Ease to public transportation, walkability to Downtown, safe at night, Best comfortable bed and pillows! Even feel of Sheets luxury plus! One of the finest breakfast buffets ever! And Staff!!! Service like the Gold ole Days! Even full time concierge! Everyone smiles. I’ll stay here every time to go to Dublin!! Loved my stay there!!
