What a FABULOUS gem of a hotel !!! I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. Incredible staff, super clean, and simply incredible design. A rare example of the hotel being actually better than the pictures. Bravo.

The Great Clean, compact and relatively comfortable. I'm a really fussy sleeper (LOL), the air conditioning was great, but the comforter was too warm at night, so I didn't really get the best sleep. Great amenities like floor mat (instead of towels for mats), green tea, pu-erh tea, a range of TWG teas, and a Nespresso machine. Housekeeping and the team were attentive enough to provide me with 2 bottles of water after 1 night of requesting additional water. They also stopped winding up the hairdryer cable, saving me the effort of constantly having to unwind it each day. The location is perfect, along Jaffe Road. Extremely close to HKCEC and Exhibition Station to get to Shenzhen. Literally 5 mins away from Kam's Roast, Hennessy Road, Lockhart Road, etc. Definitely a recommended and will return to stay for me. Improvements A bit compact, so if you have more than 1 medium luggage, it will be a bit tight in terms of space. Perhaps, add a mini-fridge and move my luggage to my room (after I checked in earlier, left and came back later to the hotel).

The location is the best, very convenient for both shopping and sight seeing. Room was clean and quiet. Free wifi is perfect, I need my ipad for entertainment. Will highly recommand this hotel for someone who travels in Hong kong.

Good location to Downtown Kowloon. That staff were very helpful with taxis and getting to the airport.

There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.
