There aren't any hotels of this quality in the area. It is showing its age in places, but well maintained and friendly staff.

We loved our stay at Hotel 1! They were very accommodating and always available for whatever we needed at any time. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future

Room was very nice and the location was great. The staff was late checking in.

Everything was great except the valet. I had a big trouble with the valet. It is totally not worth it. When you pay extra for the valet you expect your car to come to you within 10-15 min. When I was trying to check out, I was told that the car would be ready in 10 min. 30 min past and there was no car. It turns out some random person was blocking the drive way, when I asked the Asian manager of the valet he is not there is nothing I can do about it. I was like this is not acceptable and I need to go to the airport. Once, I started raising my voice another manager came and he was able to solve this issue in 2 min.
