Cleanliness was very poor. The floors were flithy, there was dust everywhere, and there was mould and mildew in the shower. It made me wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and provided me a 10% discount as an apology, but I feel like it should have been 30%. Any hotel room should be clean, but especially when the room costs $750 per night.

Mountain view room was a good view.
Restaurant menu not very good.
Beds very hard and pillows too thick and very firm. Woke up with stiff neck and and sore back all 3 days we stayed there.
No microwave or freezer in the room. For over $700 a night not worth it.

The view was very stunning.... my children enjoyed the pool and it's warm even it's a little bit windy.... the staff was very friendly. They allow us for a late check out but it depends even the hotel was fully book ot not: overall 10/10 experience with the hotel. We will come back.
