Great facility, modern and very clean. Location isn’t the best, rough area of the city.

The room was in excellent, clean condition and had plenty of square foot space for my wife and myself. The one unique feature that caught us off guard was the glass wall of the shower looking out on the bedding space. We did not find it objectionable. The staff was excellent in helping us.

The restaurant was closed due to water damage and was under repair. The location is great. The room is spacious and very clean. It has a modern decor. The lighting is good. The curtains and the blackout shades are on remote control. The staff is very helpful. It avoids the noise, but it’s close to all the action. It is in a safe area.

Great hotel, great staff, luxury at a reasonable price

The Douglas was an unexpected gem. We chose it for the location, but the staff and the quality of the furnishings and amenities was fantastic.

Absolutely stunning property with very attentive staff. Looks better than the pictures, and is in a very central part of town with a ton of restaurants and bars.
