Hotel was nice and clean and a great location. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast choices were good and ingredients were always fresh.
The only negative was that our room was on the ground floor next to the outside terrace which could be quite noisy late at night and early in the morning.

Very good hotel. I would stay again. Concerns raised by some other reviews--neighborhood too gritty, bed too firm, ac doesn't work, breakfast skimpy--weren't experienced by me. If I had a complaint, it concerns room safe deposit box. Although hotel has one, it's small and can't hold a laptop. Also, requires a key, which is a little unwieldy. Still, minor concerns for a very good hotel

Overall great experience. Friendly staff who was very accommodating. We choose the breakfast option which was great but, it wasn't open until 7 am. Wish it was 6 am as we had excursions booked and only ate there twice. We were there during a heat wave and air conditioning could only be at 24 degrees which was ok at night but still warm during the day.
