Lovely hotel and welcoming staff. While the location is good, my room was street facing and the noise from neighbouring night clubs after closing when people are emptying onto the streets is excessive despite soundproofing attempts. It was difficult to have an uninterrupted sleep. This is a shame as it isn’t the hotel’s fault but worth bearing in mind for travellers.

Very clean hotel in convenient location. The Armani and Mudec museums are a few minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes also. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. We ate at the hotel once for dinner and didn’t repeat it. There was only two other tables and we still waited 40 minutes for our order and that pasta arrived cold. But after the wait we couldn’t be bothered to send it back. Reception said they would look into it and make sure it does not happen again. There were no concessions to the price we paid though or a drink offered in recompense. I would expect something like that for a five star hotel. It was also a pity that the rooftop bar wasn’t open when the sun was shining in the afternoons. We would have had a drink whether tea or coffee or alcohol if we could have. It might have been the time of year as we were there in October. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Milan.

The Square is located at a great spot. It is easy to walk to most main attractions within 15-20 minutes. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was top notch in terms of quality and range of offers. Due to the location you can constantly hear the trams passing through the cobble stone roads but for some reason, I slept very well. Though the booking mentioned breakfast for a fee, it was offered for free. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop bar and restaurant but I’m sure it would have been amazing. Would love to come back to Milan and The Square. Thank you

Friendly staff, great location near high-end shopping and extremely well-maintained rooms. Food selection is awesome and restaurants have great selections.

Great location. Employee are nice and helpful they even keep our luggage for us after checked out give us a chance to tour Milan half another day without dragging our luggage. There’s restaurant in the property it wasn’t bad but service is a little slow when you get there in a wrong time. Hotel is very nice room is big and nice can’t complain.
