Excellent stay all around.

Location is close to train station but in a sketchy area. Room had bed bugs. We were given another room which also had bed bugs and were not comfotable staying at this property, we had to find another hotel at 2am. Staff was helpful but couldn’t speak english which made it difficult during the situation. We did receive a refund from the hotel as expedia pushed for one. Would not recommend staying here

Again, I believe every hotel that fills rooms with Expedia give the Expedia clients the worst rooms available. Right next to the laundry. A guest amenity? Maybe. The working laundry for the hotel as well? Yes. Noisy all evening long. Wow! A beautiful room. European meets Scandinavian in a natural blend. Sweet! Ewww. Basics first. You must slam your door to get it to click. Safe is available, whew. Locked open likely with dead batteries. Bathroom door worse than the room door. You can't even slam it shut. Now for the ewww. There's an artsy chair on the corner of the room. Futuristic! Like something on Star Trek. Dead center on the leading edge has a, let's say fluid stain. The only conceivable way the stain was exactly where it was must have been released by both participants in the throes of passion. By far the nastiest thick I've seen in my 50 years of traveling. I'm not sure the laws surrounding smoking Marijuana in hotels in Germany but the three hotel rooms closest to me and dozen or so guests were smoking up the entire floor. Hopefully you can charge the potheads a cleaning charge that may leave extra to burn the carnally crusty chair in my room.
