We had a bad experience at a nearby hotel and changed for our last couple of days here. The contrast couldnt have been more obvious. The Bellevue excellent in every way as a four star hotel. Location by the river with a lovely terrace at the back; especially the staff; and the great rooms with balconies. Big thanks especially to Jurg and Jenny who were always so helpful. highly recommended for a few days in interlaken.

I loved my 3-day stay. The room was functional and efficient -- with an appropriate amount of Swiss charm. It wasn’t luxurious or high-end, which was fine because I hadn’t paid for that. It was a good value. The location is convenient to the train station. This does mean that it is on a main street with a lot of truck traffic that continues into the night, so my room was noisy. (This may not affect all rooms.) The staff was beyond helpful and always greeted me with a smile. I would stay here again.
