We really enjoyed our stay Our Bure was clean and made up every day to a great standard- the staff were extremely friendly- buffet breakfast was delicious- great happy hours ! - we mostly had dinner at the grill down by the beach - it was delicious fantastic lamb racks and bbq pork ribs If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to stay - great pool

Property has been neglected ( clearly for years) and in places poses safety issues. Broken Decking, lounges malfunctioning crucial pool toilets, etc etc. Paper receipts for every drink food etc in 3 piece carbon strips which frankly archaic necessitating some poor staff member to manually go through the slips from a Tupperware box and assign . We paid for an all inclusive and had to constantly remind staff of it, including at finalising our account!! Beach Massage staff had to wait until a Manual paper booking sheet was hand delivered before they could commence any massage from clients on site. Spa was so far away that a golf buggy had to be used. The staff on the whole were unhelpful, booking restaurants ( on site) and any activities including Spa was exhausting. Tour desk - again only advised of their own activities. Reading reviews i can only guess that other activities eg Horse riding were scams and did not wish to recommend. Most staff were grumpy and indifferent, expressing at times contempt towards guests. Gone are the friendly Fijians, of our visit 12 years ago. There still remained a glimmer of that hospitality in some Staff , very appreciated . Food was great but again forgotten orders , out of certain dishes etc children's chairs broken and straps non functional Would not recommend or go there again.
