Very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated room. Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Too bad it doesn't have fridge of any size. It lists falsely there is coffee maker in the room.

All in all good value for money in a good location. Pillows slightly uncomfortable though and have told the reception staff the same.

Impeccable property and rooms, but let down by facilities and breakfast. This hotel is really expensive, but for the money I think other hotels provide better value. The rooms are big and clean, but I felt let down particularly by the tiny swimming pool, which is about 2 lanes wide, and closes every night by sunset. So if you get back after a busy day at work, forget it! I also didn't like the breakfast arrangements, which I had to pay extra for. Whilst it's nice to have an a la carte menu, this seems to be provided at the expense of a self serve hot selection, so if you are in a rush, you'll have to make do with continental breakfast. And it was very hard to get a coffee when you wanted, because of a weird mix of barista service and waiters with pots of coffee. No matter who you ask or what you ask for, you're left with confusion and a big wait. Some days I got something I didn't ask for, other days I didn't get anything at all, and I always had to wait. It would be vastly improved by simply having a self service coffee station. So unfortunately would not recommend or stay there again.

Everything was good and nice to stay, the only thing is the security n the main door was over acting and searching I under stand about our and others safety but you don’t touch the body with your pier hands you don’t look over our personal things every time we come back to our room for over 7-9 seconds ( it’s only couple drinks and couple of snacks). Imagine that happened for 19 days of our stay. I went to lots of different hotels in Amman they have the security but you go through the machine and that’s it.
