I just loved our stay at Fairmont Century Plaza. We will certainly return when we next visit LA. Gorgeous hotel, with a true luxury feel throughout.

Had an amazing time at the Fairmont in Santa Monica. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bikes and pool and the food was amazing!

This was a great apartment in a good location. Safe secure parking. Ease of access to garage and room with codes. Suites family needs well. Would recommend highly.

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was and how accommodating they were! It’s a beautiful hotel as well!

My only complaints are: There was what appeared to be some sort of vomit or maybe food on the rug in our room. The rugs/carpet in general could use a cleaning or replacing. The pool could be open a bit longer. It closes at sunset. They also need a blender to make blended drinks! The staff is amazing. They are polite, professional, friendly, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the concierge, valet, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew to the bartender and spa staff. They truly make your stay top notch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The resort is very close to the ocean, though the photos are a bit misleading since they make it look like you just go out the door onto the beach. It’s about a mile walk to get there. The massage therapist was amazing. They bring everything to your room and tailor the massage to your preferences. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay again!

This is our first time at L’Ermitage. We’ve been to LA area a couple of times, and we stayed at places like Montage, Peninsula and Four Seasons hotels, which were all great places. We are so impressed by this great hotel!! It will be our first choice for our next visits. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the suite. It was nice and spacious, and attention was paid to every detail. It was a great surprise that we had a piano in our suite. I really enjoyed it!! House keeping was great. Room service was fast, with delicious food and super nice staff. The Casa Covo restaurant was our choice for breakfast and lunch, and we really loved it. All staff members were very affable and were very nice to us. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Sylvia from the front desk, who was literally rude! She doesn’t belong to a 5-star hotel by any means. I had an encounter with her where I asked her a simple question on the phone, and I was so upset with the way she answered it. She’s not an asset to this hotel. I asked another employee about her name, because I wanted to make sure to mention it in my review, and they said: I know what you’re going to say! That is Sylvia. Nobody likes to deal with her! This place deserves 5 stars, and the only reason I rated it 4 star is because of this person. In summary, this is a great hotel and a hidden gem, and it will be on the top of our list for our next visit to LA. Congratulations to the manager Mr. Frederic Zemmour on such a wonderful prope

Not enough amenities in the room

While listed as dog friendly there’s really no where within short proximity to let the dogs out for grass/bathroom area. Additionally we do not like being forced to have a bell hop do our luggage. If we’d like to take our bags from our room to the car because we have pets in the room and it’s easier for us we should be able to. Being told a person has to come to the room , therefore we have to leash the dogs up so they can come load our bags and take it to the car then stand there for a tip is not a positive client experience. Hotel is immaculate on cleanliness and a beautiful property, but we would not term it “pet friendly” as advertised
