Good location and friendly staff

Not impressed with the service for a 5 star hotel!!! Stayed at the this property the night of 6/19 for our wedding anniversary. We arrived at the hotel a little after 4pm to check in and was told our room was not ready and they were waiting for a final inspection. Was told to wait in the lobby for 10 mins and our room would be ready. After 10 minutes, room was still not ready and then was told it would be another 10 minutes. MANY others were also waiting for their rooms. This is simply unacceptable to arrive after the check in time and rooms are not ready. Clearly there’s a service problem. There’s no way to get ice without asking the front desk. Called and requested ice from customer service/front desk. Waited and waited and finally just went to the lobby to get ice myself. Once again, service is lacking and there’s clearly no sense of urgency with any of the staff. One of the elevators didn’t seem to be working and it took FOREVER to use the only operable elevator. It took so long we finally took the stairs down and ended up having to go through the kitchen to exit the building. NOT AT ALL the experience I was expecting from this class of hotel. Do better 1 hotel.

Beautiful fireplace in lobby. Room had two TVs. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of fast hot water. Liked the variable lighting system. Nice amenities. Bed was low and soft. No ice machine. Short on towel racks. No cold tea in refrigerator.

The location and transportation near the airport. The bar in the lobby is excellent

We had a wonderful time at the Lotte Hotel, great food and beautiful rooms. We will definitely come back next time we are in Seattle.

5 star property in convenient area of Seattle.Gorgeous historic hotel re-imagined with a luxurious, modern, deco flair. Stylish, intimate lobby bar serving upscale cocktails. Spacious, modern bedrooms and bathroom. Breakfast in The George was outstanding. Attention to the details from cocktails to bath products, to service was amazing. If you want luxury with a touch of old world glamour, this is your hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and very quiet. We were impressed that we did not hear other lodgers or outside noise. The rooms are small, but the beds are super comfortable.
