9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,758 reviews)
I have to say, this hotel genuinely impressed me in so many ways. The property is stunning, the staff is warm and attentive, and you can feel the care that went into the recent renovation. I wanted to love every inch of it.
But I'd be doing future guests a disservice if I didn't share one real concern: the bathroom.
It's clear the remodel brought a lot of beautiful touches to this space, and that makes it all the more puzzling that the bathroom feels like it was left behind. There's no shower door, which means water spreads freely across the floor with every use. And the sink, made of wood and meant to feel stylish, shows obvious water damage and feels genuinely unstable. I was hesitant to use it, honestly worried it might not hold.
This isn't a minor inconvenience. For a hotel of this caliber, it's a mismatch that stands out, and one that I hope the management will address, because everything else here is truly worth celebrating.
With a bathroom that matches the rest of the experience, this would be a five-star stay without question. I'm rooting for them to get it right.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom (1 king + 2 queens). Room was fantastic and had plenty of space for us. We stayed on the top floor, which was lovely, as it was quiet and guaranteed an empty elevator every time we had to go down. Breakfast was decent - it's the regular hot breakfast menu (eggs, sausage/bacon, breads/bakery items, oatmeal, some cut fruit, etc). Swimming pool was nice and parking was ample. Location was pretty good too in that, yes, you had to drive 20 mins or so to get the main tourist spots but it's right off the highway plus there is a Starbucks and a grocery store both within walking distance down the street.

Very clean hotel in a vibrant and interesting neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, Mont Royal, shopping, Metro and McGill. Old Montreal is within walking distance as well. Courteous friendly staff. I have stayed here 3 times in 4 months and always had a great stay. Highly recommend
