Staff where friendly and helpful room was clean and tidy good location bar and restaurant was amazing

Great place, little noise from first floor

Room was a bit small and the view was of an office in a backstreet behind the hotel but it was perfectly quiet and I had a perfect nights sleep throughout my stay.

It was ok not great for corinth

We had a lovely stay at 9Hotel Chelton. The renovations were great and the rooms and everything were clean. We got in very late and the staff ensured we had a flawless check in experience. Even taking us on a quick tour after we expressed interest in the amenities. The staff was tremendous our entire stay and made us feel welcome and valued. With the exception of one incident when I was trying to utilize the honesty bar and get drinks for my sick girlfriend, I was treated as though I wasn’t a paying guest by one woman staff in particular. Besides that, we loved the location and the breakfast. The dining space was a bit tight for the amount of people during our stay but still a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay again (hopefully during the warmer season).

Lovely new hotel, beautiful room, extremely helpful polite staff. Love Radisson hotels and now wont accept anything less!!

Breakfast, staff and location were great. The Hotel rooms need a refresh though.

Very impressed for such an affordable hotel, the Mate room felt high end and comfortable. The tech features such as the window facade was lovely! Easy self service feel and nice staff, will definitely look for Ruby hotels in future.

The hotel was fine. It's in a good location, convenient to get around. But very expensive for what you get. Staff in the hotel were lovely, however we chose to have breakfast once and felt like we were inconveniencing the staff (arrived and hour before it closed, but very quiet) and it was exceptionally expensive for very basic selection in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in.

Everything is quite simply ideal for the leisure traveler. You couldn’t ask for a better location, in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods without feeling crowded or touristy. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. If you plan to do a canal tour, definitely plan to do this through the hotel’s boat, The Tourist, which boasts a historical link to Winston Churchill. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences as well.

General experience was very good and the hotel is situated close to the city centre. The only issue we had was with the parking barrier not working correctly but the staff sorted this each time.
