Staff were all great, including parking assistance & valets, but room was average - seemed to be in the process of being renovated. Way too hot, A/C wasn’t sufficient. Not worth the money, needs to be priced in the $100’s.

The only disappointment was that the restaurants were not open or on the floor prohibiting kids. Aside of that it was wonderful

Pets were kind and it was clean and quiet

Wish there were vending machines around. If you dont pick up stuff before Shaws closes you're screwed

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, staff friendly and great amenities (I wish the pool was open until 10 pm).

Very clean room, comfy bed, and perfect location. The fitness center and restaurant for breakfast was great too!

The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review !

Rude staff at front desk for my evening check in. I was not aware that the hours of the 24/7 airport shuttle service were changed and had to make last minute arrangements for a ride to my early morning flight. I did not sleep well due to the unfriendly greeting and scrambling to figure out my ride. The morning front desk staff was friendly and explained the policy change to me politely. I have stayed here before, but this experience is making me consider a different hotel for my next trip.

Great stop along the way! Friendly staff, dog friendly and clean rooms.
