Very convenient for Manchester airport. The room was comfortable

The highlight of this stay is definitely the staff (shoutout to Precious and C/Katherine). Professional, affable and warm. They ensure we're well accommodated for and settle in easily. Room was spotless, no complains no doubt. 11/10 would try other suites.

A very clean and quiet apartment within walking distance of Old Trafford Cricket Ground and close to a Metro station.

I’m always impressed with the aesthetic of the rooms. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the only problem I had was that the bed sheet was torn at the foot of the bed and when I brought this up with the staff they offered to fix it straight away. I left them to fix the bed sheet, however upon my return, the bed sheet was still in the condition I found it in (torn). I then brought this up with the front desk who offered me a free upgrade as there was no housekeeping available at that time. I was thoroughly impressed with how they dealt with the decision. Overall I had a great stay and the Alan is my go to hotel for when I’m in Manchester. I would highly recommend it.

My stay with my partner was amazing here, would definitely recommend to anyone interested. Will be staying again in the future for sure.

Great room amenities. Nice pool and steam room. Great breakfast. Easy, secure and reasonable price parking nearby

The hotel was good . The only thing that let it down was the noise from an event in the hotel that played loud music until 1am that could be heard in our room meaning our nights sleep was disrupted. They did offer us free parking as an apology but maybe we should have been made aware before arrival so we could have chosen alternative accommodation

My stay was ok but having stayed in the city suites2 arojnd the corner the city suites 2 is much better. This block's facilities are pretty worn including the locks that didnt work on the changing rooms in the pool side, a worn gym and general facilities in the apartment were looking their age. Given the cost it doesnt represent ths best valuenfor money
