I loved the hotel. Unfortunately, there are no dining or reservation options for paid hotel guests who are not with a large company party. ALL, but one, staff are very kind and do their best to accommodate. We werent permitted to have drinks in the bar, nor sit anywhere outside at night, despite no one sitting there, because we werent with these large parties. They do have luggage service if you call for pickup. The spa was nice (bring your swimsuit as they are not nuse like German Sauna). We spent the majority of our 3 days there, in our room, but it was really beautiful. The HIKE, is better taken up the stairs and not the road. Breakfast was wonderful. I would NOT recommend coming here at anytime in December. Zurich overall is EXTREMELY underwhelming and overpriced. I wouldnt visit again on my own dime.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

Front desk and the ladies handling breakfast were tremendous, friendly and helpful. Pretty serious glitch with housekeeping. Bare minimum effort for twelve days, even when we left for four days they didn't bother to clean at all. Ran out of toilet paper and towels several times and a promised real clean (first effort) was better and rated a poor. I understand staffing issues but only two days before leaving did a reasonable job get done. We were there thee weeks.

I must say reading some reviews I was apprehensive about this hotel however all that went away the minute we stepped in. FYI they charge 100 CHF a day deposit which you get back end of your stay and they take this immediately at check in. You also get charged city tax around 25CHF at the end of your trip. The hotel staff and location are amazing. The staff are so good they helped me out with everything I asked and our room was spotless. The location is fantastic just mins away from the station and central to restaurants and shopping centres. Yes there is noise at night from people partying but theres a rooftop bar above you and bars outside too so why are people surprised by this lol. We had that one night until 1am but it was expected and that's fine. Overall great hotel lovely staff fantastic location and I can definitely say I will 100% return to this hotel again. We visited in December so the air condition was turned off. The guest rooms were extremely warm. The staff told us to open our windows, which we did, but the construction workers working on the hotel’s exterior began working at 6:30am, so the room was very noisy.
