8.6/10 Excellent! (2,270 reviews)
This is the third time I’ve stayed here and always enjoyed it. I ’ve always had a room over looking the water. This time I looked into the alley. I was not pleased! Would have requested a room change if I had been there longer otherwise great staff!

The best are very hard and walls were thin. The air conditioning works good. The soaps and shampoos- just plan to bring your own. Lots of graffiti outside the building. The staff were great. As others have said the TVs are tiny but we didn’t even use ours once. It wasn’t a bad stay, but there are probably better and more central to everything.

The W Rome was such a beautiful hotel and it exceeded every expectation. The room was very spacious, staff was 5-star and the amenities were on point. We will be back to this hotel someday when we come back to Rome.
