Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. A great spot for an authentic Slovakian experience
Every thing was ideal for a pension style stay. Rooms large, bathroom was en suite and the shower was great. Meals superb, and the hosts were most helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days there.
