Clean comfortable room; quiet; great location

My overall experience was amazing from the staff to the hotel, would definitely come back!!!!

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

This Hotel has the most amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The service was exceptional.

The pluses: The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic. I wish I got her name to give her proper recognition. Pool was great and so were poolside staff. Room was clean. Starbucks coffee available at Viva cafe. The minuses: They try to upsell you to buy a timeshare as soon as you’re checked in. “Free breakfast and comps”. Canceling the presentation was easy, at least. 3 contacts required to get missing TV remote. Barry Manilow concert cut in half due to “computer problems”. Concert was the reason we travelled there in the first place. Room smelled like smoke on and off. Maybe from the room next to us smoking illegally. I should’ve complained but I didn’t.

This place is a dump. The rooms are ratty. We checked in and our air conditioning did not work and water was backed up in the sink. We went to the front desk and told them and checked out. They said they entered our concerns in the system. We tried to get a refund through Expedia. Expedia called the location and said they would not refund because we did not call engineering. We actually went downstairs and told the person at the front desk. They entered our concerns, but the staff on the phone with Expedia said they had no notes and disconnected the call. This place is shabby at best. The staff does not care and honestly some of the guests we saw there were questionable at best. Much better places to stay.

I liked the hotel, very comfortable, and the pool was great. The only thing that happened was that the room smelled like cigarettes.

Would definitely stay their again clean and affordable

Complete DIFFERENCE (very ugly) from the picture on the website. I'd NEVER stay there again. NO COFFEE MAKER and they state the rooms have one .... NO STAFF - Very dangerous for a single women in a hotel!!!!
