Hotel Rum is very well located, in a quiet street but still central and with easy access to transportation. The decor is nice and modern, service is professional. Breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant which offers beautiful views of Budapest.

What an experience from start to finish… My stay at Hotel Al-Habtoor in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was flawless. The reception staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. The staff across the entire hotel deserve special recognition. From housekeeping to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

Booked this Hotel due to the online comments Was not dissappointed at all Hotel was in a great location for exploring Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean staff was pleasent and welcoming there was no issues that the staff would not go to. Breakfast was delightful Will be booking this hotel when I return in the summer of 2026

Lovely room (junior suite) with all amenities you would want for a lovely stay in Budapest. Breakfast was a pleasant assortment of hot and cold in a remarkable restaurant right next door to the hotel. Lovely bathroom with heated floor and perfectly hot and powerful shower (very much appreciated in January Budapest temperatures!). I highly recommend Callas Hotel for a pleasant, quiet and trouble free stay in the very central heart of the city.
