I only stayed one night on arrival in Phnom Penh. The check in was great, I was able to check in early which was very handy. Staff were great, very friendly and happy to help. I woke the next day fully refreshed from my 20 hour journey the day before due to a comfortable bed, great aircon and a quiet room. Breakfast was good with a chef on hand to cook a fresh soup. Overall a great experience.

For starters the lobby is beautiful. I felt like we were staying in a temple less than a hotel. Secondly, the staff were superb, right away they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. From a welcome drink to a moist towel upon arrival. Our planned trip had us arrive one day earlier than we anticipated and the quickly added an additional day to the front end and provided an upgrade to boot.
The room was a little dated and a bit quirky, but that added to the charm.
We dined at the restaurant twice and it was very good. We actually met a couple in the elevator who were there just because of the restaurant.
All in all a great stay. We would definitely go back. As good as everything was, the staff is what stood out the most. I have never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hotel in my life. Highly Recommended!!
