Ko Jum Cheap Vacations

Check in was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was small and had very limited dumbbells. Paper note on wall said AC available but didn’t try turning it on. Hallways do not have aircon. Our room AC was not effective at night even with it maxed out. The room was “only ok” for the price and we only stayed 1 night. I would not book here again because of the AC and our neighbours were so loud and kept opening closing their room doors. Terrible sound proofing. It was not a restful night for us.

This is not 5 star resort. It is clean and modern but not 5 star standards. Breakfast options very bland and limited. Diner service very slow and they missed orders two times on two different occasion. Let’s call it a 4 star…

The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.

Very helpful friendly staff. Beautiful setting on fossil island beach. Loved hearing the Muslim call to prayer from the two local masjids within walking distance. Very handy destination for Muslim families particularly.

The hospitality of the staff was incomparable. Whenever we made a request, they accommodated quickly. The views were amazing from the room and the activities were incredible
